Pumpkin and Orange Jam With Honey, Cinnamon and Port Wine
The pumpkin and 'Algarve' orange, from the Southern region of Portugal's mainland, are a perfect combination of the sweet and warmness of the pumpkin with the fresh and slightly sour orange's flavour. We've added a bit of honey to give this fruit jam a light and sweet taste, making it an excellent fruit jam. The Portuguese Port Wine addition, a fortified wine, brings to it a unique and surprising richness with an intensity of scents that lends a long-lasting aroma and flavours.
This fruit jam combines perfectly with all types of cheese, roasted chicken with mustard and quinoa crust, and as fillings or toppings for orange cakes.
Ingredients: Pumpkin (35%), sugar, orange (20%), eucalyptus honey (3.2%), cinnamon (2.3%), port wine (1.5%), rosemary honey (1.5%), gelling agent (pectin) and lemon juice. Prepared with 55 g of fruits per 100 g.
