Fundão Cherry Extra Jam with Brandy


This fruit jam, results from the fusion of 'Fundão' cherry, from the Northern interior region of Portugal's mainland, and Brandy, has a subtle and warm scent and flavour, which comes together perfectly in our mouth.

Its characteristics make it ideal to be use with soft flavoured cow cheese, as toppings for ice-creams, cheesecakes, waffles, and crepes. It can also be used for breakfast or lunch with scones.

Ingredients: 'Fundão' cherry (55%), sugar, brandy (1.8%), gelling agent (pectin) and lemon juice. Prepared with 55 g of fruits per 100 g.
